Healthcare Careers. Inspired by Faith.

When there are hundreds of colleges that offer healthcare-related degrees, building a foundation is the first step in standing out. We started by researching five different personas of prospective students considering careers in healthcare. Then, we developed strategies to help them through their journey, including brand tweaks and smart messaging that differentiates Mercy College from the others. Because just like in healthcare, in marketing, sometimes you just need to have faith.

The LF team is a delight to work with and I love having them as an extension of our team. I also appreciate how willing they are to jump in on any new project, invest time into learning our industry, and continually provide a perspective that challenges our thinking.
