If you’re not familiar with college viewbooks, think of them as a brochure that lays out all the reasons why someone should enroll into the school. They’re considered part of the gold-standard in higher education marketing and are used for recruitment efforts at college fairs and high school visits, in direct mail and more. When Mercy College of Health Sciences rebranded in 2018, it was time to give their viewbook a fresh look to put their new, modern approach to healthcare education at the forefront.

College viewbooks are extremely common, so we critiqued every piece we could get our hands on to find ways to differentiate Mercy College. We quickly recognized a digital version would be huge for this audience.

Rather than create an overwhelming booklet that includes anything and everything about the college, we designed a streamlined version (available in print and digital forms). Our strategic content outline and design layout were colorful, modern and fun — helping differentiate Mercy College from competing schools.
